Brad has been with Cytokinetics since 2002 serving in a variety of roles. Since March 2008, he has been our Vice President of Chemistry, being promoted from the Senior Director title, which he held since March 2005. He joined the Company as our Director of Chemistry.
Prior to joining Cytokinetics, Brad held several scientific and management positions at Pfizer Global research and development from 1993 to 2000. During that time, he focused on programs for treatments of obesity, diabetes and related diseases, including nuclear receptor modulators and selective G-coupled protein receptor modulators. Brad is a member of the American Chemical Society and of the Faculty of 1000 in Pharmacology and Drug Discovery.
Dr. Morgan received a Ph.D..in Chemistry from the University of California at Berkeley and performed Post-Doctoral studies at the California Institute of Technology.
