David W. Cragg

David has led our Human Resources department as Vice President since he joined us in February 2005.

Prior to joining CK, Dave managed his own human resources consulting practice assisting organizations with building human resources infrastructure. During his extensive HR career, Dave held HR leadership roles with a number of biotechnology and high technology companies including eGroups Inc. (acquired by Yahoo! Inc.), Genentech, Inc., Software Publishing Corporation, West Marine, Inc., and LSI Logic Corporation.

Dave keeps busy as an avid car enthusiast with several classic cars.

Mr. Cragg holds a B.A. in Industrial Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
